oh fudge! etchall treat plate

I can’t wait to fill this plate with fudge and gift to a friend this holiday season. Of course the phrase ‘oh fudge” comes from a family favorite A Christmas Story and isn’t talking about the treat but I thought it was a fun tie in.

You will need:

Artistic Edge Electronic Cutter
Porcelain plate

Here’s what you do:

Cut your fun (adorably cute) file.

Using detail pick tool from etchall® Glass Etching Bee-ginner Kit - etchall® pick out the “positive” part of the image leaving the outline.
Apply transfer paper to top of vinyl and burnish with scrapper.

Peel backing away and center on plate. Apply to plate rub firmly. Peel away transfer sheet carefully be sure not to lose any of the small bits.

Apply liberal layer of etchall® etching crème with the squeegee. Let set for 15 minutes. Scrape as much etchall® etching crème back into bottle as you can then wash the plate and remove the vinyl.

Easy peasy!

Happy crafting!
